How do I make notes visible in every translation?

I'm having some inconsistencies concerning my personal notes. In L3 all my personal notes appeared in every Bible translation. In L4 some do, and some don't. Can someone help me do what needs to be done so that all my personal Bible notes appear in every translation? Thanks ahead of time. Blessings to all--"It's Friday...but Sunday's Comin'!:

Just to clarify what Martha said: you need to do that at the time when you insert the Note. If you've already inserted notes and they are showing up only in one version, then there's no way to change them to global notes that apply to all versions. You'll have to delete them (for each one, copy the text first so you can easily paste it back in again) and insert them again with the "Reference" tab selected in the right-click menu in order to get them associated with the Reference in all versions, not just the selection in the current version.

Thank you both very much. Glad there are folks like you who serve as excellent guides to those of us who are still learning the ropes of L4. Blessings to you, Steve

It would be nice if you could link to a reference after the fact, something I wanted to do in L3, but was unable to find out how or if it was possible. Funny, I can't remember now the specific reason I wanted to do this.
Since the developers have a lot of spare time, maybe they could code an option for this [:O]

A very reasonable request for http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4

Rosie, I don't see the drop-down menu when adding a note. What am I doing wrong?

How are you adding a note then?
When I add a note, I select the Bible text that I want the note to apply to and right click on that selection (or simply right click on any word in the verse if I want the note to apply to the whole verse). Then the right-click context menu shows up, the one I illustrated with my screen shot posted above. Is that what you're calling the "drop-down menu"? Let me know if this isn't what you were asking about.
