Missing Bible

I use Logos 7 on three different computers, depending on where I am and what my needs are. I just purchased a Bible but I can only see it on two of the three computers. It is missing on the smallest of the notebooks I have so I figured it to be a hard disk space problem.
I went into program settings and hid a bunch of resources expecting that to free up disk space on that notebook but I can still not see that Bible on my notebook even though I can in the library of the other two computers.
How do I force Logos to list or download or make accessible the new Bible on the notebook that doesn't have it?

Try typing the words "update now" (without quotation marks) in the command box. If that doesn't work, the next command to try would be "update resources" (without the quotation marks). Update Resources will be more thorough but take longer than Update Now, this is why I suggested doing it in the order I described.

I tried both commands but neither have done the job. Let me be clear. 2 computers list the Bible within the library but the one with smallest hard drive does not. So its an issue with that particular notebook only.
Thoughts?

Why would the small hard drive be an issue... unless you are out of room. How much free space do you have? Which specific version of the engine are you running? What OS?
You may need to provide logs. It should be done in this order:
- Enable logging
- Start Logos
- Run update resources command & allow to run
- Exit Logos
- Grab logs before starting the app back up again.

The hard drive appears to have plenty of room for additional resources. Are you sure that you are logged into the same Logos account on all three computers? Sometimes, people will change email addresses, making two different accounts, and accidentally order under the wrong account.
EDIT: You can check this by clicking on the "?" and then "About Logos Bible Software". Compare the email address used on the computer having problems with the other two.

Yes, I only have the one account and am logged in on same on all 3 computers. It is strange because my personal books update across all 3 computers just fine. Just this one Bible.

Finally, a solution!! After all the earlier help, it occurred to me just how strange that 2 of the 3 computers had it but not the notebook. I thought that maybe there was a problem with the download of the Bible onto that particular notebook, I thought it might be a corruption of some sort.
So I shut down all computers but my main desktop.
Having read that if you drag and drop a book from your library to the hidden resources box in the program settings, under the tools menu, you could remove that particular book and file from the hard drive to save space,
So I dragged the Jerusalem Bible into the hidden resource box to remove it from my library and hard drive. I closed and reopened Verbum, I then un hid the Jerusalem Bible from the hidden resources box. After a moment it was back in my library, available and accessible.
I then opened the program on my note book and after a little wait, the Jerusalem Bible was there too. Deleting and re downloading solved the problem. Thanks to all of your help in figuring this out.

Had you not restarted the troublesome computer before? That may have been the issue.

I became aware of the problem Thursday. The notebook has been on and off several times since then. I had just had some time today to tackle the issue. Definitely a corrupted download cause everything's working well now. Thanks.
