Ignore the article title. Basically they matched up American voter registrations, which often include age, address, gender.
It's the latter that you may find interesting ... about half-way down the article. I'm not sure what to think, about the median age for priests. Goodness.
All of them younger than me and I'm still teaching an adult Sunday School class. Sometimes I forget what day that comes on. [;)]
