L4 Feature Request - Preference setting to Float or Tile all new Windows

For those of us who use a Dual Monitor Study environment - if L4 would have a Preference setting to specify Float or Tile all New Resource Windows - it would save us an extra step to always have to specify each new resource window as a Floating Window. This would be particularly helpful for those of us who use "SizeUp" to resize the Logos Windows. This could easily be a preference setting and allow each user to specify his/her default window setting.

Thoughts???
