There are several thing that bother me in Logos 4. One is that it is soooooo slow - even though I have a fairly new computer (windows xp, 3 gb ram, 160 gh harddesk, core 2 duo 2gb). It takes 2-3 minutes for the program to open. When it's open there there is a delay of 3-5 seconds before the buttons react, and then another 10 seconds before the resource opens.
And then the problems when I want to move a window or a resource. Then it often crashes. I have given up. I don't want to spend a lot of time and frustrations on making it work. I just want it to WORK - like all other programs do when I install them. So I guess I'll have to wait until my next and quicker computer before really using L4. I do open it though from time to time to get to know it.
However, there is one thing that really, really bothers and worries me more than anything - and that is the 'woolen' text - and I haven't seen anybody address this, so maybe it's only my problem.
In logos3 the text is very sharp. In logos 4 the text is much more difficult to read - see image. When I want to read a longer text I ALWAYS have to use Logos 3.
Is this the way the program is and will stay? Can I change this and if so - how? I have chosen a white background and black text
