For the first time since downloading 4.0c Beta 1 I am getting a crash when I try to open the collections pane from the tools menu. I reproduced several times and it did not matter if I had other panes or resources open or not. Attached are log files.

The logs are dated after the crash and not useful! You should upload logs after the crash and before you restart L4.
Similar crashes occurred in 4.0b and were fixed by 4.0b SR-1 but one was not fixed! Please reproduce the crash and upload the logs as described in case it is a different crash.

Attached are the new log files after I reproduced the crash again. The thing that puzzles me is that I recall seeing the reports of similar crashes in 4.0b, but never experienced the problem. In 4.0c B1 I have used the collection tool a number of times without a crash and as far as I know the only thing that has been added to my library was the updates that occurred last week. I think that was something like a 275 Mb update one day then another smaller one on another day. I think the smaller one was the LEB update. Anyway, whatever it is I am sure all you smart folks on the forum and the Logos guys can figure out what has to be done to fix it. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the report - this is a known issue and was posted earlier here http://community.logos.com/forums/t/14156.aspx - not sure on the status of the wiki.
Thanks George. I trust you guys are working on it and will get it resolved in the next Beta. I was wondering why it started so long after I began using Beta 1. Could it have been something to do with the update downloads last week?
This crash issue was fixed in Beta 2. [:D][Y]
