Logos 7 wont open all the way

Logos 7 won't open all the way. Proclaim won't open all the way.
I had logos 5 which had this issue. Then I updated windows 10. I upgraded to logos 7, and reinstalled proclaim. All of this in hopes to fix the problem. This is what the Logos help people told me to do. This is what Logos looks like when it opens.

The problem still persists. Proclaim looks the same way when it opens. When in safe mode, it will not even get to this point. I am not sure whatelse I should do.

Please enable and post logs. See my signature line. Also, have you tried updating video drivers?

I finally figured out how to access my logs.
I updated the video Drivers and the problem persisted.0 -
I am not an expert in reading logs. I noticed this, but think it is unrelated:
Logs said:2017-06-15 22:45:56.3575 1 Warn ElementUtility Unable to set focus to default focus: PasswordBox (UserPasswordBox) <- StackPanel <- Grid <- ContentPresenter <- Border <- LogInPromptView <- Grid <- Border <- DropShadow <- ContentPresenter <- AdornerDecorator <- Border <- StartupWindow
Do you normally open to the homepage, or to a layout? What happens when you open to a blank layout (press and hold the control key immediately upon startup)?

I assume the problem is something to do with Windows, but I will have to defer to my PC brethren.
What else is running? Any anti-virus things going on? Does the same thing happen if you are off/online?

as for holding ctr, the following is what happened
Crashes a few hours before the current log indicate a "dead" network problem; which appears no longer to be an issue. We need to look at the Windows event log now.

What date and time would you like to see the logs from?

Logos is the only program running. I checked my antivirus, but it didn't say that it was blocking and processes at the time. The initial crash was offline, and I had a dual monitor setup when it did it. I am online now, and it still has the same issue.alabama24 said:I assume the problem is something to do with Windows, but I will have to defer to my PC brethren.

The events (one or two at most) should coincide with the time you ran Logos. Please read the linked article in my response above for the types of event.
