Hello, the Propositional and Discourse Visual filters are missing only in the NIV, can we get a fix for this as soon as possible, please?
Which verson of NIV - 1984 or 2011? New Testament or Old? Do you have Logos Now or the L7 Full Feature Set?

I am sorry to hear that you are not seeing those visual filters on the software. They are a part of your Logos Now subscription and should show in the NIV2011 for you. I want to make sure that your software is seeing the required databases so that we can find out why this filter is not displaying for you. Can you please copy and past the information from your "About" screen? I am referring to the long list on the far left of the "About" screen that shows all of the DB files that are on your software license. Also post what OS you are running the software on as well as the software version information. Once we receive this information from you we will be able to help you to resolve this issue.

Hi Keith, thank you for that information but the area I was talking about is cut off in this view. I was referencing the area in that About screen below and to the left of your screenshot. Straight down from the "Tech Support Information" section there is an area that you need to scroll to see all of the content. Since a screenshot will only capture some of that information, I must request that you copy and paste the information showing there so that we can see all of the content that a screenshot would not be able to provide. Thank you for working with us on getting the necessary information from the software!

Hi Keith,
Was the "resource" box checked in the Visual filter menu in the NIV2011? If not, can you check it and expand it? If you still don't see the Visual Filter options you're looking for can you post a screenshot of your visual filter menu with only "Resource "checked and expanded? It should look like the image you see below. Thanks!
