Can you add a new purchase into an existing payment plan?

I got a call from a sales rep about some items on sale. When I replied to him by email (twice) about adding one to an existing plan, he never followed up. I'm wondering if Faithlife no longer allows sale items on an existing plan.

I believe they do. I have done so before.

Hi mab,
We offer options to add to an existing payment plan, however there are limitations so not knowing the full extent of your conversation, it is difficult to say why your question was not answered. I apologize that the sales rep did not continue to communicate with you further on this matter as they would be who you would need to work with to make these arrangements. If you do not hear from that rep shortly, feel free to email the Sales Department at sales@faithlife.com to have a rep look into this with you. I hope that this information finds you well.

Thanks Carla and Keith. I had done this before, so it puzzles me that I haven't heard back.Even if it isn't doable, at least I should have an answer stating that.

Can you share what those sale items were?

Problem resolved. The issue apparently wasn't the item I wanted, but the amount. It wasn't quite $100 which is the baseline for adding to an existing plan. I added another item from my wishlist and all is well. Now that I know that, I can plan accordingly.
