- when highlighting text and desiring to add a note, can the highlighted text be as long as possible in the note title to eliminate much of the truncating.  when printed i would like to see the whole note title

My memory may be wrong on this but I believe that the truncation is the result of users' requests. Have you considered using a clipping (my sample actually has a two chapter long clipping) with its attached notes? It seems to me to offer what you are wanting.

i highlight text in one document (question i would like to provide an answer) to add to my note file title bar (seems to truncate, even if highlighted text is not that long), and then answer the question in the lower space provided in the note file.  would like to eliminate the truncating so that my full highlighting (question) will appear in the note file title bar.

Yes, I understand what you want. However, the truncated title form was done at user request, if my memory is correct. The realistic options are:

    1) request an option to support both forms of the title on http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4

    2) or consider the alternative method using clippings

    3) or manually copy the selection into the title
