I have Libronix DLS 3.0g, Original Lang. I downloaded the free L4 core engine, however it is empty and none of my L3 resources are accessable for me through the L4. Can someone help me?
Open L3.
Select Synchronize licenses
Open L4
In the command box enter "Update Resources"
Get back to us if nothing happens ... it will return a message either that resources were not found or that it is downloading resources.
I did as you suggested and in the lower right-hand corner of L4 is stated that no updates are available? Any other options for me?

The most likely problem is that you accidentally have multiple accounts on Logos. The first thing to check is
1) on the home page of L4 you should see a link to your account
2) click on the link which should take you to your Logos account page
3) select order history
Logos 4 should automatically load everything that you have listed.
IF your resources are not listed here, do you have another Logos login where they do appear? For example, have you changed email addresses? If so try the old address in Logos. If it points to your resources, switch your Logos 4 login to that old address.
Otherwise, let me know if it doesn't work.
Well, I might as well tell you the next attempt would be
1) in L4, enter the word "scan" and the full path name to your L3 resources into the command box
2) hit enter
3) restart L4
the wiki (see top line of this page) gives detailed instructions.
You are correct! I had an account several years ago but hadn't used it in so long that I forgot the login info, so I created a new account today. I did type "Scan C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources" in the command field then closed L4 and reopened. I do now see only one item in my library called "Meltho Fonts User Guide." It wasn't there before, however, none of my other hundreds of recources are not listed. Weird isn't it?
You need to get in touch with Customer Support to activate your original account so that you can use it in L4.
