Include NCBBMCR in Factbook / Interactives

Thomas Nelson Publishers. Nelson’s Complete Book of Bible Maps & Charts is a great non-nonsense resource that provides the kind of information that one would want to find via Factbook or Interactives such as the Bible Outline Browser.
It would be great to tag it so that it can be included when we use those tools.
