Book Indexing

When I perform a search, sometimes the results arrange some books seperate and says that these books are seperate until indexing is complete. But then the same book appears in the regular of search results. Two questions: 1) why is it telling me books need to be indexed (may take several hours, it says), and why does it show some results in the indexed list?

It is intended as advice only - but it concerns an issue that is technical and should not be there at all IMHO.

The results in "New Resources" are redundant if you search by Book because they also appear in "Library Results"  (I would like the "New Resources" section to be hidden to avoid confusion). If you search by Rank (Ranked) the results are split between the two sections, so you need to view "New Resources" (again for technical reasons).

A brief technical explanation is that the Library index sometimes comprises two separate indexes (to save rebuilding the complete index for a single resource!) and the books in the second (supplementary) index will appear in the "New Resources" section when they are searched. The advice to merge indexes is unnecessary because that decision is made automatically the next time you download resources!

It seem on this latest version every time I bring up Logos it indexes for a few minutes....why?
