Installation failure popup message

Help please. I have done nothing to my program lately, but all of the sudden I'm getting REGULAR popup messages that the Logos installation has failed. Obviously, this is some sort of background update process that has failed.

Two questions- First, how do I fix it?

Second, how do we get Logos into the 21st century of software installation and stop these intrusive, unnecessary failures and subsequent popup messages? I may start wondering if there is some sort of demon possession going on somewhere related to Logos due to this and other Logos activities. But, we'll leave that one until more evidence is available.

Some questions:

Which version of Logos 7 software are you running?
Are you running on Windows or Mac?
When do these messages occur?
Apart from these messages does the software seem to be working correctly?

Logos Bible Software 7.6 SR-1 7.6.0.0037

Windows 10 PC

Messages occur right after I launch Logos. Logos shows a circled 1 and a mouse over it says "installing application update". It then occurs again and again if I leave Logos open. At least a couple more times a day depending on how often I close the popup message.

Everything else "seems" OK. No obvious aborts or hangs, etc.

Try downloading and running the installer from https://www.logos.com/install

If that doesn't fix it please ensure logging is enabled - https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem - then start Logos, wait for the popup message, stop Logos and post logs in a reply to this thread
