Behavior
When I hover over words that have a footnote in the English Literal Translation line of the Inline Interlinear data, along with the word information at the bottom of the panel (expected), I also get a temporary pop-up next to the word I am hovering over which contains the footnote information (unexpected).
When I click on this word, the pop-up with the footnote information then locks open (unexpected) and the Information Tool does not update (unexpected). To see the information about this word in the Information tool, I have to right-click the word and select "Show Information" in the pop-up menu.
Expectation
When hovering over these words, I expect to see the word information pop-up at the bottom of the panel (just like words without a footnote) but without the footnote information pop-up. I expect to see the footnote information only when I hover over the footnote indicator.
When I click on these words, I expect the Information tool to update with the word information (just like words without a footnote). I expect the footnote information pop-up to lock open only when I click on the footnote indicator (as with other resources).
Examples
- Acts 5:9, πρὸς (this word also has a bracketed word in the English Literal Translation line ("[said]"), which does the same thing as the footnote when hovering over the word. It seems this should work the same as the footnote.)
- Acts 5:10, ἔθαψαν
- Acts 5:12, ὁμοθυμαδὸν
