Multiple issues! Help!

I'm reposting my need for help because I think my old post was lost in the mix. my logs are below.

Issues:

1) Continues to reindex.

2) I've purchased EBC but don't have it yet.

3) I don't have access to biblical peoples, although I've updated.

4) My download indicator hangs at 2.02gigs.

Observation: multiple issues in forum post like multiple issues in email - potential ignorance due to fast scan reading.

1) Logos4.log shows 488 resources not indexed along with "Pause indexing" context menu chosen. Also includes message "Doing a full re-index because the existing index seems to have been deleted."

 Possibility: check/change System Preferences => Energy Saver so Computer never sleeps, then let Logos 4 index for hours overnight.

2) Indexer.log file has 12 "LogosIndexerWorker | Adding update - Resource LLS:EBC## - Queued." entries

3) Indexer.log file has "LogosIndexerWorker | Adding update - Resource DB:BIBLICAL-PEOPLE-DIAGRAMS - Queued."

4) Indexer.log file has many "MacDownloadJob | Could not complete download. The request timed out" messages later followed by "LogosIndexerWorker | Canceling 38 queued updates." - wonder about internet connection ? (possibly lunch crowd contention)
