All direct objects with/without direct object marker

Would it be possible to run a search for all direct objects within a clause in e.g. Genesis with the object marker אֵת and a separate search for all direct objects without the object marker אֵת?

I should probably clarify my question, as the current question is quite simple to answer...
In a sentence like: 'God said: "Let there be light"', "Let there be light" is tagged 'direct object' with 'God said'.
In my search I want to eliminate such object clauses from my results. I am only looking for direct objects that belong to a verb in the same clause.

Use Syntax Search as this is resolved unambiguously
Despite what it says the Preposition is the Object Marker @PA. Alternatively use the lexeme he.אות.1
Change the Segment attribute from "is not Present" (used above) to "is present" for your other search.

Dave, the syntax search you propose also includes instances like: Gen. 1:3 (where יְהִ֣י א֑וֹר as the direct object is following וַיֹּ֥אמֶר, which in fact is an 'direct object clause' which is exactly what I want to leave out of my search results, for the simple reason that these direct object clause never get the object marker.
In fact there are many 'direct object clauses' after וַיֹּ֥אמֶר, which messes up my search results.
Therefore, is there a way to filter these out?

I specified only the Verb "he said" because your "direct object clause" is treated as 2x Clause IC rather than a single unit.
But I couldn't account for structures like:-
Clause ----> Verb "he said"
----> Direct Obj -----> Clause -----> Direct Obj
where the second clause would satisfy the exclusion!
