Bug - A16a - Hang on startup

Logos hangs for more then an hour on startup... tried to start multiple times this morning. Indexing on machine startup seems to complete (about 20-40 minutes), but Logos requires a force quit to move onward.

    Should also mention that even a force kill doesn't actually kill the process, gdb takes over ownership of the Logos pid and I have to quit gdb (no need to force quit gdb)
