4.0c Beta 1 (4.03.3.7605) crashing when importing notes

I noticed that an imported note file was not formated correctly.  Before I submitted it as a bug, I wanted to make sure that it was a bug in the current beta version.  So I delete all of my imported notes so I could re-import them.  Now Logos 4c is crashing.  Here is the log file. 6835.Logos4Crash.txt
