Does anyone know if it is possible to order and use a single volume (e.g. 11, or 12) of the Theological Journal Library product without having to purchase previous volumes?

No problem. Each volume will give you a certain set of issues.
From what I know one would have to buy volumes 1-10 together and volumes 11/12 seperately.
Right. To get all issues/volumes from all journals, one would need to buy all 12 volumes. If you just buy volume 12, you'll only get the content in volume 12, but it would still work fine without buying the previous volumes.
