Top level Beta forum posting

Instead of moving threads to the subforums all the time, perhaps Logos could disable posting to the top level Beta forum, or at least make the user select a subforum in the post submission form, and/or make a top level post default to the general forum.

    As you can see we get tied up with many things and forget how to prevent problematic situations sometimes. I guess that's why we have fresh minds like you [:)] We will look into this, thanks.
