Cold call about a wish list item sale

I got a call today about a deeply discounted item, asking if I wanted to buy it, and that they could put it on a payment plan for me. The interesting thing that the caller said the item was on my wish list.
I checked my wish list after the call, and the item wasn't there (because I apparently bought it a couple of weeks before I got the call, and had already removed it from the list).
Is FL generating these lists and passing the contact information on to their telemarketers? If so, you may be calling someone who already took advantage of the sale.
Personally, I prefer to use the online store, so I can see all my options. It's not the first time someone has recommended I buy a resource separately, when I could get it for less in a bundle.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

I had the same call. Good news, however, I found out about an early sale on NICOT/NICNT and got the set for 30% off. I assume Eerdmans will be in the publisher spotlight this month.

I've had to mark one faithlife seller as spam . This is such a shame. I have never had this problem before but blitzing me the same offer 10 times in a month is just annoying.

If I'm going to get cold calls based on my wish list, I'll just delete it.

10 times in a month that's just too much. I have never really had that problem but even when I get offers for items I already own I just ignore them and delete them it's not like they are affecting me in anyway.
What I do like is the competition's format of sending emails. My sales rep he sends me emails for items that are currently on sale and offers an additional 30% off, he also sends me emails about new items that will be released with a sale price and an additional 30% off AND in addition to this he sends me an exclusive email of items that he can give me a special discount on, items that are not on sale on their website. And every time he offers a free book from a list that he has in addition to the sale price and 30% off discount. Not only that but when I start up their software I get a special "home screen special" with ridiculously low prices that are very enticing. Now that's how you generate sales! By getting people's attention with good sale prices! I wish there was something Logos could negotiate with publishers to have awesome sales every now and then, like Zondervan in some cases. It'd be nice if Baker and others got on board.
Anyway, let's hope for the best 👍

What?! That is crazy good! So why do you have both softwares?

I got a call too. I politely declined and the sales guy politely wrapped the call. No issue.

Some cheaper commentary sets there and others that may never be available in Logos, plus other sermon materials not available in Logos. That's why I keep both softwares plus a third one for BAR and CARTA resources. Unfortunately, Logos can't offer everything we need.

Not to mention their formatting is sometimes superior to FL- Preachers Outline and Sermon Bible is just one example.
