Crash: Trying to move Factbook (Beta 3)

I opened Factbook from the menu but Logos crashed when I tried moving it to another tile. Repeatable.

EDIT: I got the same crash when I clicked another panel in the same tile (after opening Factbook).

This crash has been fixed in 7.8 Beta 5 (7.8.0.0018).
