I'm not sure why it's left off though it does look like an intentional omission. Maybe because it's slightly different implementation than the desktop app sidebar? But on mobile devices where things are more awkward it is made more awkward to get the table of content. Instead of clicking one tiny button on the toolbar, I have to click one tiny button on the toolbar and then again on the menu. Please add TOC button to the toolbar on mobile. And please consider a verse picker bibles/commentaries.

I'm amazed at what's been accomplished with the web app. Really, great work. I would like to see it evened out a bit more on mobile devices.

EDIT: Buglet: iPad. Safari. In landscape, open two panel side-by-side layout. Open resource in each. Open Table of Contents in right panel and then click on the Resource Display Setting menu on the left panel. The z-order of the table of content panel is higher than menus so the menu is mostly hidden.

Table of contents do no work when the app is running in compatibility mode.  If the app needs to run in compatibility mode on mobile devices then that would be why the TOC is missing.

You can force it into compatibility mode on the desktop from the drop-down menu associated with your account on the far top right hand side of the screen to see what I am talking about if you are not familar with it.
