7.8 beta 3 - Can't drag Collections to "plus these resources"

In Mac version of Logos, I can't add a collection to either the Plus These Resources or Minus These Resources sections of a collection definition. The collection names won't drag out of the collections list that pops-up from the Open menu.

Last time I tried to do this I was using the Windows version, so I don't know how long this bug has existed.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue on Beta 3. I can drag collections to both areas. Are you clicking on the title of the collection? Clicking on the title once the cursor has changed from an arrow to hand I'm able to drag and drop. Can you take a screencast of what you are doing? This might help to reproduce the problem.

Okay, so I find that if I wait a second after I click it works, but if I drag immediately after clicking it doesn't. Are you using a Mac? The cursor is a hand for me before I click on it. It changes to a hand when I first mouse over the list. It doesn't change after I click.
