Bug: A right-to-left display issue with notes

When you make a note for the following text

the note appears correct if the note is selected

but it appears partially reversed when the note is not selected

making the note document hard to read.

I'm guessing that the "3." numbered list portion is not part of the text, and the detail of the list happens to start with RTL text (which somehow reverses the "3."). But it still doesn't explain why the succeeding LTR text is to the left of the RTL word, since the sentence would have switched back to LTR.
