Morph codes copied with text in Philo
I selected the text as shown below in the upper window and copied from the context menu, then pasted in the lower window (again see below) and it pasted with morph codes. What's up with that?

What "selection" did you have on the right side of the menu?

I selected the plain text at the very top right of the context menu and it appeared just as it does in the resource window.

I can reproduce this - the same thing happens if you select the "Paragraph" option (one below the plain text in the content menu)

Is that an interlinear resource (that's being copied from)? If so, it's probably the same as this bug: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/103583.aspx

Yes it is interlinear, although as you can see in the screenshot above, I had turned off the interlinear lines before copying. It does resemble indeed the same issue as mentioned in the other thread. A ticket had been written for it in April but either the steps that were taken were resource-specific only, or it has not been addressed/solved yet.
