Bug: Topic Guide not working (Portuguese)

I recently installed Logos 7. Initially the Topic Guide worked perfectly, but without explanation it stopped working. I have been trying to contact Logos support, but they do not respond. How can I solve this problem?

That's what happens. I type the word, and the Guide does not generate any items. Before, it worked perfectly and several indexed items appeared.

Two things pop to mind. First, are you sure your installation indexed successfully? How did you perform this installation (i.e. which method)? Secondly, is it possible that you have a language setting wrong? I haven't used Logos with another language. Does it matter if you search in Spanish?

Thank you very much! I changed the language from Portuguese to English and now it works! But the question remains: Why did it initially work, even though it was set up in Portuguese? Before, I typed the word "God", for example, and the search was done successfully.
