There are a number of keyboard shortcuts documented in the help file and this is one of them (here for Mac). Yet it is not always obvious when looking at the list what judicious use could be made of this or that. Here is one which imo is simple yet quite useful.
I am reading a versified resource currently. I set the navigation criterion next to the up and down arrows in the resource window to "reference". In a Bible, it could be "verse" (or whatever other criterion is most useful to what you are doing: article, chapter, etc). This is where shortcut above becomes useful. As I read, I can simply press Alt+ Down Arrow on my keyboard to keep scrolling down to the next verse. It is really handy (and even more so in resources that have longer verses).
The equivalent shortcut for a Mac is Shift-Command + Down Arrow (or Up Arrow if you need to go back).
