When I use the url functionality in annotation files, the link that is generated only opens the file and is not specific to the particular note in which I was at the time I generated it. I was wondering if there would be a way to modify the link manually so as to point to one specific note. The fact that the note files can be sorted by different criteria (e.g., title, reference, etc) makes me think that individual notes are coded in such a way that might make this hyperlinking possible.
If it is currently not possible, then I would like to make it a suggestion. I would suggest that urls work the same way that formatting does: from within a note, generates a url to that note. To generate a url for the note file, then one would have to be click outside of an individual note before url generation.
