When I run the exegetical guide on Psalm 145:1, the LEMMA IN PASSAGE All Commentaries failed to load.

Some questions:
It does not work for other passages also. I wonder if my Logos Now has expired?
My Logos Now is working. So that is not the problem.
I spoke to the technical support for over an hour, he could not solve my problem. While he managed to run the lemma under word study, the lemma failed to load from the commentaries.
I hope that they will be able to solve the problem for me.
