My package does not appear in my order history

You might have to call or email Customer Service and ask them.
Most of us wouldn't know the answer, since we're not corporate customers. If I had to guess, perhaps it's because it's not an individual order, but part of a larger order.
But the fact that all your resources from SDA Platinum did download does mean that they are licensed to you. Maybe everything is normal and there is no problem [;)]
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Hi Eduardo,
The SDA Platinum and Full Feature set are unlocked to your account and not orders you made. They therefore will not show up in your list of orders. I'm sorry for the confusion.

This is an interesting setup and I haven't heard of this purchasing option. Does this mean that the church/denomination owns the license and allows a Minister to use the library? Or does Eduardo own the license to the resources unlocked.
In this case, if the library is not "owned" by the individual, can or should they still buy their own new resources on their Logos account?

What happens to the licenses in the end is between the school/organization, and the end recipient of the license. The person using the license can buy whatever they want, and will, regardless of what happens to the license arrangement with the school/organization, keep those items. The temporary license cannot be used in dynamic pricing.

So, in Eduardo's case, if he happened to buy a different library on his account, he wouldn't get dynamic pricing for items already in the school/organization's SDA Platinum package which was purchased for his (temporary?) use?
If so, perhaps he should see if the school would transfer the base package to him, that he might get credit for what is in his existing base package.
