Purchase Total on Account Order Page

I am curious to know how accurate the total purchases are on my account order screen. Listed on it are orders which were returned over the years, and missing are the first purchases of Libronix titles I bought retail, which started this journey.

Does the order total reflect net purchases, or is the few hundred dollars of returns still listed as purchases included?

Some returns aren't deducted from the total purchases amount, so the total can be less accurate when items are returned.

    • If some items in an order are returned, the amount for that order still reflects the original total (leading to some inaccuracy).
    • If an entire order was returned, the order amount is zeroed out (which won't throw off the total).

So, the total may reflect the net purchase amount in certain cases, yet still be inaccurate when partial returns are present.

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Records from early on are not all available for purchases directly from Logos. My first purchase was through a Christian bookstore in my country rather than from Logos Research Systems as it was called in those days and I also had other purchase through sources including but not limited to Rejoice Christian Software and directly via Thomas Nelson e-Bible website. So third party purchases like this are also not included in my records.

That is what I thought about the returns not being deducted from the totals. So my total is a few hundred off after deducting a few returns and adding what I bought in the beginning at the bookstore. Still It is an eye opener for me that I have spent this much. I am two payments away from a zero balance. I am showing restraint in my future purchases. Now that I am almost back to zero, the promo emails and calls are trickling in from FaithLife!

    Thanks.
