Yes I know, glosses are evil, according to a number of language instructors. Yet it is often handy to have a quick reminder of what a word in an original language means. With that in mind, it can be annoying that a number of ancient language texts only show morphology when hovering over a word but no gloss. Moreover, when one looks for a quick answer, double-clicking to open a dictionary does not always deliver. One ends up having to sift through a bunch of references and information in order to find the simple answer.
One simple trick if all one wants is a gloss is to remember that the lemma listed in the context menu is followed by a gloss. In one click on a word then one can see that gloss. Easy, convenient, for lack of a better solution.
