Is there a way to print or export a PB with the text input boxes filled out? When I try to print, the text input boxes are blank.

The values are stored in a separate database which is acessed when the PB is open, but it does not happen when printing/exporting. The best option is to export to Word, enter the values and then print. Another possibility is to take successive screen shots and then print.
