Cut and Paste into Word Processor

It befuddles me how that sometime simple like cutting and pasting verses into my word processor, which I could do in Logos 3 is more complicated or impossible in Logos 4.  Do a search under the Bible tab, get the grid showing the results, and then to be unable to easily select and paste the verses you want in one operation cannot be done. You have do cut and paste each verse into the clipping window.   Wow am I disappointed that this product which is suppose to be top of the line, cannot get this simple stuff fixed, or interfaced easier. The free Bible search programs are easier to do this particular function than Logos4.  A fix is coming ...  it should have been fixed before release.

Try copying and  pasting from a note file (or clippings for that matter). Or printing from a notes file.  Futile.

Tools - Passage - Copy Bible Verses

    Or, if that's too much...

    Ctrl - Alt - B

Try it. I think you'll like it.

Mike, any secrets for doing that from a notes file?

Ctrl-ALt-B works for individual verses.  Now show me how to select multiple verses from the list, and then paste them in one operation into the word processor.  WIthout having to keep selecting and using Ctrl-ALt-B for each verse.

You can write as many verses/passages as you wish in the box, in whatever translation you want. You can choose the style of your copied text. You can choose the destination of your copied text. When you're set you select "copy" if you want to paste it yourself, or you select "Coly and Paste" if you'd like Logos 4.0 to do everything for you.

In 4.0c (beta 1 as of this moment), it's possible to save search results into a passage list which can be copied/pasted into your word processor of choice for printing. These verse lists can be added to, verses deleted, headings added, and they can even be merged with other lists in several different ways. Pretty cool.

You can try the beta if you like by following the directions in the PC Beta forum at the bottom of the Logos 4 Forum page.
