Crash

When I try to open the 'Exegetical Guide' (vs. the Passage Guide, using the 'Go to Passage' search bar), it closes within a second or two.

For reference, I'm working from a brand new macbook pro, and I just downloaded Logos a few days ago. (Also, I'm a Faithlife employee---new hire as of Monday Smile ).

It may also help to know that no resources but the Crucial Questions series (which I recently purchased) are in my library. So I wonder if I don't have my library updated, though I don't see how to do that.

Matthew - a bit of a shot in the dark here but do check that you have not bought you Crucial Questions series using a different account to your usual one. That would be one explanation for the lack of other resources that should have downloaded automatically when you first signed in.

Does this mean that you own NOTHING but the Crucial Questions, or that simply those are the only ones you can see (and you are further explaining the problem)? If the former, you should at least acquire "Logos Basic"

EDIT: I just re-read your first post about being a new hire. Mike's comment makes much sense.
