Question re custom commentary series.
Hi All,
Me again, sorry! So I've created a custom commentary series but I have a bit of a problem.
Current in my commentary series I have The EBC Vol. 8 (1984) that covers Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Now when I navigate say from my commentary on John to Luke using the reference box it automatically opens the EBC on Luke, not the NAC on Luke that I have placed in the custom commentary series.
I want to keep the EBC Vol 8 (1984). in the custom series for Carson's commentary on Matthew, but when I navigate to Luke I want Logos to open the NAC on Luke, not the EBC on Luke. Does that make sense?
Is there a way to give the NAC on Luke priority?

Please clarify which of the EBC volumes you have in your custom series

No such thing.
Carson is Matthew.... a slip of the fingers for our friend I am sure.. Merrill C. Tenney is John in EBC Volume 9 and Robert H. Mounce in EBCR Volume 10...
As for the problem in the prioritization if NAC luke is listed above EBC 8 it should work... but I am only familiar with the general prioritization.

No need to be sorry, just wanted to attempt to to correct the error, Carson's Gospel of John is in Pillar. But his Matthew in EBC is considered one of the best Matthew commentaries available. Hence the reason to want to keep EBC 8 for his collection.

Thanks for replies and apologies for the mistakes. Very annoying not to have spotted those before I posted!!! I've amended my OP to reflect this.
A couple of things:
- I was referring to Carson's EBC commentary on Matthew. A slip of the keys indeed.
- This volume of the EBC is most certainly Vol 8. in the EBC (1984) not vol. 9... I've triple checked it.

As the NAC Luke only contains Luke then prioritizing it above the Custom Series will work e.g.
NAC Luke
Custom Series with EBC Vol 8 & NAC Luke
EBC Series
NAC Series

Thanks, Dave, that seems to have done the trick.
If I navigate from the reference box in a commentary it still loads the EBC for Luke, but through the passage search, or when linked to a bible it loads the NAC on Luke as expected.
I can certainly live with that compromise. Thanks again all.
