Program Misplacement on Startup or Layout Change

I can't remember when this started happening but it just dawned on me to report this. After the window is "misplaced" (as noted in the screen shot below: icons at the top are cut off) I simply drag on the edge of the window and it snaps into proper placement.

    I had this once or twice, but it's rare. Don't know what caused it, sorry. In my case it was on a second monitor.

    I have two monitors (of differing resolutions), and I find that the non-maximized Logos window will snap to the horizontal "edges" of the 2nd monitor as I move that window around the first monitor (and vice versa).
