Speaker styles in the sermon editor in the webapp

With editing disabled in a sermon document speaker styles are not shown - and there isn't an option to toggle them as there is when editing is enabled.

Is there any reason why this is the case?

Would it be possible to have the option to toggle them when editing is disabled?
