Link set setting for user created note files?

After years of using Logos - my collection of NOTES on each book has gotten more and more extensive. But if I have the notes file open for the book I am working on or reading in, the notes do not scroll along with the Bible text the way study Bible notes or commentaries do. It would be a neat little feature of my notes files would do the same. Then my created notes virtually become another set of study Bible notes.

There are a few possible work-arounds for this.

1. the Pericope note book, which you would build as type:Bible Notes or type:Bible Commentary

you would just have to copy all your notes over to it in the appropriate milestones...(painstakingly) 

2. export your notes to word and then use a find/replace syntax to convert them to the appropriate milestones and build that docx as a personal book type:Bible Notes or type:Bible Commentary
