BUG in resource tagging

In using the web app, it is more noticeable when the commentary fails to open to the correct position, especially when it renders the preview useless. Examples (just going down the commentary list):

Title only

Opens to Daniel rather than Obadiah

Opens to the introductory material for the book rather than to the appropriate verse

Again, introductory material rather than the appropriate verse

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
