Not preparing anything

I've just downloaded the program, signed in and have been waiting for something to happen for over four hours now. I know that the "preparing your library" can take days, but I'm not even getting that. Is this normal?

    It happened to me two days ago, but eventually it completed. I suggest you to check your logos.log file to see any movement while your library is preparing. If not, send in your log and reinstall your logos4mac manually, and retry again.

    Additionally, if there is no activity in the logs, it would be helpful for us if you would post them.
