Using Images in PowerPoint

Hello all,

I want to use one of Logos Maps for a presentation, and can copy and paste, or export to PowerPoint just fine.  However, when I increase the size of the map I loose some of the detail, and the city labels aren't as crisp.  I can increase the size of the map in L4 with great clarity, not loosing anything.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might achieve zooming in and keeping detail in PowerPoint?  Thanks

i set the map window to full size. Then zoom the map as much as possible (while centering the map as needed). Then use windows screen capture (PrnScrn button, which copies this to the Clipboard). Then open windows Paint (or similar program such as Paint.Net) and paste it there. Then crop the map area in Paint. Then select the whole map (after cropping) and use Copy/Paste to add it to PowerPoint.

    Steve,

Thank you so much for the help.  That is what I was looking to do.  However, I removed the Paint portion.

This is what I ended up doing.  Viewing the desired map in L4.  Pressing ALT+Print Screen.  Going to my PowerPoint slide and PasteSpecial, then Device Independent Bitmap.

I did this sort of thing on a regular basis about 4 years ago, and somehow I lost it!  YIKES

Again, thank you Steve for your help, it is exactly what I needed!
