To immediately update to the current stable version enter the Update Now command. Otherwise, the app will automatically update the next time it's scheduled to check for updates.

What specific issues are you seeing?
I had a brief look at the page and I couldn't see the problem. Are you referring to the number of RC releases during the recent days of the last beta cycle?

As this was so "internal" I assumed that the info feed would be from Faithlife
It is just out of date information with version 7.8 "whatever version we are on now 7.8 RC-3 "Gold"
or is it 7.8 SR-1 - or is that 7.8 RC-5 (New Gold) - as we have had a release before!!

Gold is the aim/reward of that which we seek e.g. gold medal for first place, (mythical) pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Music releases were said to "go Gold" when a certain sales target was reached (and be awarded with a gold record). See this wikipedia article for software.
FYI...after the update to 7.8.0.0034, I no longer have the maximize and minimize buttons at the top right of the window, and I can not resize or move the main screen.
If I open up the About Logos Help screen, everything shows up as it should and acts normally.
I managed to figure it out...it appears that the update affected my screen display somehow. I selected the Wndows key + up arrow and that brought back the missing maximize and minimize buttons at the top right of the window. I was then able to resize the window normally after playing around a bit.

I have no reason to think it will address this issue but worth upgrading.

I don't see this on Windows - the buttons are there and work fine.
Are you running on Windows or Mac?

FYI: 7.7 RC 2 was released to Beta testers on Thu 8 Jun, which was followed by "Gold" release to Stable on Mon 12 Jun. In contrast, 7.8 RC 5 was released to both Beta and Stable on Thu 27 Jul.
