Passage Guide Cross References

Ok. I am trying to figure out in the cross references section of the passage guide where exactly it is pulling the cross references from. I thought it was the New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge or The Treasury of Scripture Knowledge, but the passages don't seem to line up with either one or both.
What am I missing?
