Does Logos software prioritize Logos published books in search results?
No - if you mean does Logos prioritise books published by Lexham/Faithlife.
Search functions don't take prioritisation into account.
Interested in what was behind the question?
Oh, I have just noticed a couple of Logos books -- like "Got Questions" often show up when I search for things. I wouldn't fault Logos for prioritizing their own material.

That book appears to be well suited to your searches[:)] But all other books that satisfy your search will also be listed.
In a Basic Search titles with results are sorted alphabetically 'By resource' unless you choose 'Ranked' or 'By Count'. 'Ranked' comes closest to Google in showing the most relevant results first. And that's it - there is no 'hidden' prioritization.
In the early-ish days of iTunes there was a rumor / urban legend that Steely Dan songs were favored by the shuffle algorithm, although a relationship between SD, their label, and Apple was apparently not determinable.
The ranking algorithm tends to favour short relevant articles over longer ones — which is why for many people, Religious and Theological Abstracts, ends up frequently ranking too well. But that algorithm would suit "Got Questions", too.
