I had noticed this a couple years ago when preaching through Matthew, but was reminded of it again today, but when one copies and pastes from John Nolland's NIGTC commentary on Matthew, every single citation says it comes from the "Preface" - no matter where it actually comes from in the book. Maybe this bug could be sorted. I include an example below:
"Since one would not normally consider sowing a single mustard seed, the singleness of the sowing is already an allegorical feature of the account."
Nolland John, “Preface,” in The Gospel of Matthew: A Commentary on the Greek Text, New International Greek Testament Commentary (Grand Rapids, MI; Carlisle: W.B. Eerdmans; Paternoster Press, 2005), 550.
