[BUG] Evangelical Review of Theology

At some time in the past, it was reported that the type metadata was reported as being "Monograph" rather than "Journal".  The wiki reported that it was fixed.  Sort of ... only the last four volumes are marked as "Journal", not the first 24 volumes.

I have entered an error report into the wiki, but do not know if the "fixed" report at the bottom should be removed or not.  It appears that the repair was started, but not completed.
