Mine does. Recent behavior. Logos only. All my browsers, including Safari (ipad 9.x).
But stopping the load, and immediately re-loading gets the job done. Everytime.
Don't know who's the culprit. I'm on Verizon .... maybe they like to check out Logos first; see if any great sales.
